I am planning to buy a property in bowrampet. Is it Ok to buy it now? Are day to day things available nearby. What will be the resale value in around 5 years from now ? can we get people for rent in villas there?
Bowrampet is still in the outskirts and comes under developing area so the area has more potential to grow. Also area comes under the pollution free zone. The area has recently witnessed the establishment of several international schools such as IB School of International Learning, the Oakridge International School, the The Silver Oaks School of Education and The Creeks.
Hi all, I am planning to buy property in this area, my budget is approx 35 lakh and looking for 2 BHk unit. Please advise whether this area is good for investment?
Bowrampet is close to Kukatpally approximately about 10 km. Kukatpally is a major shopping and commercial hub.Apart from Kukatpally, Bachupally Road is also located nearby. However, the distance from Shamshabad airport is about 66.6 km and the central railways station of the city is at 25.5 km. So I think if anyone looking in low budget go ahead this area is good for residential housing.
Bowrampet is situated in Ranga Reddy District, near NH9, the area enjoys smooth connectivity to IT hubs via Outer Ring Road (ORR).Smooth connectivity is the major reason that pushed the growth and development of this locality. It is approximately 6 km from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, 14 km from Hitec City, 8 km from Miyapur etc..
Bowrampet is considered to one the affordable alternatives to areas such Hitec City, Miyapur, Kukatpally and Gachibowli. All these localities are within 15-20 km distance.I think the housing configuration in this locality are 2, 3 and 4BHK units. The availability of 3BHK units is high at 80 percent.
The place is pretty affordable if you want to buy property here. I guess the price starts at around 2400/- per sqft or you can get decent 2 bhk villas here starting from 25 lakhs for an area of 1050 sqft.
See if you are planning to move in there in the near future, then access to everyday things can be a problem. Being on the outskirts, this place is still developing. The nearest hospital is 14 kms away and there are almost no shops or anything here! So we cant expect it to have a big boom in commercial sector soon.
Bowarampet is somewhere on the ourskirts of Hyderabad and the main projects that are coming up in here are residential projects. It falls right along the ORR and connects to the Mumbai- Hyderabad highway, which makes it a really good real estate investment
Hey a lot of builders are showing a lot of interest in Bowrampet nowadays. Many residential and apartment projects are coming up there and there is a lot of scope for long term investements here as you can get good returns. I think it is a good idea to invest here.
