Hi, I am planning to buy a under constructed property from a builder, what all documents and charges should I consider?

Q: What all legal documents should I seek from him apart from Link Document and EC.

How much is the Registration, Stamp Duty, Service Charge & VAT will be applicable if the property cost is around 50 Lakh?

Documents to check before buying an under construction property

a) Land records, b) Land use type, c) construction clearances, d) layout plan approvals, e) master plan of the area, f) no objection certificates and other clearance, and g) booking form, allotment letter, and builder buyer agreement.
