Guys. Planning to buy a Villa in Bowrampet Area. Need to know about locality and is it worth buying...

Q: Hi,
I am planning to buy a villa in SRK green park Bowrampet. I want to know about the locality and also is it worth buying a villa there. As the IT job is not predictable and i am not sure If i will be staying for long in hyderabad, what will be the development opportunity in the next 5 years. Do we get day to day things near by in the village. What about the transportation like cabs, are they available when needed.
