As others have replied, I also agree with the issues such as water pollution and not much growth in the area. You can take a look at Mahindra Ashvita which is near Hitec city and which offers upto 4 BHK. Ashvita is a bit more expensive than dollar dreams but it is situated in hitec city and also has various lifestyle amenities which cater to your needs.

Bowrampet is bit kinda outskirt and less developed compared to other parts of city boundary. If you have options to see and decide in other areas such as shamirpet or bandlaguda, i have few villas to show - you can contact me on 7013759659 (ravi)

Bowrampet is considered to one the affordable alternatives to areas such Hitec City, Miyapur, Kukatpally and Gachibowli. Bowrampet is still in the outskirts and comes under developing area so the area has more potential to grow.

Havent visited the site but I read that there are many factories in and around this project for which there are chances for water pollution and the area is still in developing stage.
