need update on the growth of mysore on property front
Q: Hello there, i am really interested to know more about the growth of mysore on the property front. Can anyone provide me some information about this. What is the trend of this growth?
one of the things that hamper the growth of the city is the delaying of the Comprehensive Development Plan (CDP). It was actually expired in 2010. if the delay is continuing, the growth of the city would be in shambles. But, I think there is a vertical upward growth that is concentrated in the areas like JP Nagar and Bogadi.
I think that for the preserving of the agricultural land in the mysore district, there has to be given more emphasis on the vertical growth of mysore. Now there is likely to come out with more high rise buildings than individual houses. This will also help the farmers retain their lands for the agricultural purpose.
yeah, i think there has been a great demand from the part of real estate builders and other investors in this respect. I think many realtors have asked the government to immediatedly come up with revised comprehensive development plans. these plans were actually pending since 2010 itself.
there should have been a sea change actually in the city of mysore after the coming of Siddharamaiah as the chief minister of the state. because he is from mysore itself. But even after one and a half years, nothing is so surprising. I think there has to be a real focus on the road infrastructure also. During the last dasara also many of the roads were full of potholes.
Hey, Mysore is witnessing a great growth in the real estate sector. Even if the government is showing some really lazy approach about this, Mysore is showing an upward trend and it is having an increased demand for luxury houses as well as apartments from the people.
