Q:Hello there, i am really interested to know more about the growth of mysore on the property front. Can anyone provide me some information about this. What is the trend of this growth?
Latest Answer: one of the things that hamper the growth of the city is the delaying of the Comprehensive Development Plan (CDP). It was actually expired in 2010. if the delay is continuing, the growth of the city would be in shambles. But, I think there is a vertical upward growth that is concentrated in the areas like JP Nagar and Bogadi.
Q:Hey friends, i came to know that mysore which was once known for its individual row of houses is now turning to multi-storied building. Does anyone have any information about this. Please share it with me.
Latest Answer: now, there is a shift in the view of the new project too. builders have realized now that those who buy apartments are mostly locals itself. They prefer ready-to-occupy flats rather than investing and paying advance for newly launched projects. this is because many investors were cheated here during the 2008 to 2012 period when there was downward trend in the real estate industry in mysore.
Q:What is the inter-city infrastructure like between Mysore and its neighbouring cities. I’m asking because I’m buying a house in Mysore, and my new job requires me to travel a lot between these cities.
Latest Answer: Yes, we are definitely looking at the track redoubling to be completed by March 2015. The issues that were delaying this project have been sorted out and the construction work has been expedited efficiently to finish it on target. Once that railway tracks are active, I’ve heard that there are a number of high speed trains that will be travelling between Mysore and Chennai via Bangalore. I think you don’t need to worry about your travel timings to all these cities.
