As per me, the principle says, a candidate in a particular colony should make stand out application . Any dramatic candidate under this arrangement should not be qualified for apportioning of whatever other level under this strategy in some other colony. There is no draw date available for Deevan, builder always says that they are awaiting date from Department of Town & Country Planning (TCP). They are always expecting the date in 10-15 days.
