In my opinion, this is a good project for end use & long term investment. Long term in the sense, you have to wait nearly 4 years for possession and this sector 84 is developing. Definitely there is no issue for end user as all daily basic amenities are nearby. Connectivity is good. Plaza, malls, hospitals, police station etc are available in this sector. Vatika Matrikiran Higher secondary school , Chikkara Public school and Pink city engineering college are located in this sector.
