Hi Karinda, according to my knowledge, Coralwood is a good property, but there are few better options. I recently explored Mahindra's residential project Aura in the same area. The property is ready to move in with around 400+ families already residing. It has super amenities, including Clubhouse Swimimming Pool, Play area, Skating rink, Jogging track, Gym, Meditation garden. They are offering 4BHK apartments with a servant's room. The locality of the residence is safe and secure, and is one of the posh locaties. I'd suggest you to have a look before finalising. I hope this was helpful.
Now-a-days delay possession of flat has became fashion for the developers. Almost 25% of project launched in a year basis offer delay possession and once you pay your hard earned money as a booking it becomes very difficult to retain it. So, to get credentials of any builders, just type the developers name and search, you will get lot's of positive and negative reviews about the developers, their projects, locality details, price appreciation, connectivity etc.
Hi Krinda, Be careful while you are planning to invest in real estate. Property market is full of uncertainty. Ask for all the legal documents, verify it by a legal expert, read all the clauses, specially the delay possession, chaeck whether the project has any legal issues, check the developer's quoted price with the current locality price and then proceed.
Hi Karinda, I have read lot's of bad reviews about this developer. Please be careful and do all due diligence before investing any of their project. Their all projects are delayed by 1-2 yrs and construction quality is very poor. Buyers are struggling for their flat possession in Omnia and plaza projects, Coaralwood for refund of booking amount, Delight and splendours etc. projects and have given their negative feed back on various portal sites.
