I think that the average price per sq ft in Parthasaradhy Signet Arc around 1800 rupees. That is quite affordable for a 2 and 3 bhk apartments. The buying price is approximately 18 lakhs to 25 lakhs. These apartments are not completed I guess. The construction is still going on here. :)
