Q: Hi everyone, I and my spouse are staying in a rented apartment now, but we are planning to shift to a luxury apartment in around a couple of years. We are looking for a good apartment near to Kalady. I've seen some ads about Anvita Palm Court Villas. Is this a good option to invest in?

Hey, this apartment project no, is very near to some good schools and other commonly needed institution, for example, hospitals, shopping complexes etc. The Sree Sarada Vidyalaya is very near to it. NSS School, St. Antony's School, Vishwajyothi Public School etc are near only. There are some health centres and hospitals like Govt. homeo dispensary, kalpa ayurvedic hospital, community health centre also nearby.

hi all of you, i came to know about some of the facilities that the apartment project provides, especially, they have a nice play area for the children, 24 hours power backup option available, there is a good security service etc.

yeah, the facilities are good here. this project is actually undertaken by the Anvita Builders Pvt. ltd. You can get bank loans very easily for this project as they have bank approvals from some leading banks like HDFC bank, Axis Bank, ICICI Bank etc.
