I'm not sure about the approvals from MUDA etc., I was told that the property is still in development stage. However, the promoter is of good repute and a very well known person in Mysore. From that aspect, I believe it's worth trying out.

Hi,

When I have ask with builder he said project is approved By MUDA and all document is in clear format , he agreed to provide loan from in house and given all details about project so in my scene contact builder directly to get your dough and also discussed in this forum.
