Hey, i saw that no ne mentioned the price, which in my opinion is the best part. The price of a 2 BHK is around 48 lakh, for 3BHK it is around 70 lakh. Considering the good locality around the project and the features announced, i feel that the pricing is pretty reasonable.

Hello dude, i read online that the developers have said that the safety and well being of the residents is of utmost importance to them and they have taken many measures to ensure the same. Some of these measuresare RCC framed structure with brick walls (earth quake proof), copper wiring for electrical fittings, and viltrified tiles.
