Till now they have completed only on projects in Kolkata i.e. Team Taurus Bellagio Phase I in Rajarhat, Kolkata

Kabya is just a few distance away from the IT Hub. Kabya consist of two phases, Phase-I Consists of five towers of five storied buildings each while Phase-II consists of four towers of five storied building each.

The current residential property rate in the locality is between Rs. 3400-4100/sq-ft. depends on the locality and the amenities provided.
