JS Lake Mist project

Q: Hi,

I am Planning to invest in JS LakeMist Project.They are Quoting 3200/SQFT. Have gone through Lawyer verification and the lawyer indicated that the documents are clear and has no litigation. Any opinion guys ?

How much is the current rate per sqft going on? By when they are planning to give the possession?

Present rate per sqft going on is Rs 3500. As per my knowledge, by November 2016 they are planning to hand over the plots and by May 2017 they will hand over villas.

The price of plot in this project starts from Rs 51.5 lakhs on wards and the price of villa starts from Rs 1.51 crores approx.

While checking this out from the different websites, it gives a mixed response. But one thing prominent from all these discussion - is this the same project as SRR Wimbledon and what was the reason to re-brand this. Looks like there is an intention to hide something wrong with this project. Can someone please clarify

They are a fraud company. They cheated and sold the same project as srr wimbeldon and now repeating the same thing again

once again verify all the legal documents, visit the local municipal check all the approvals, blue print, last payment's copy, check whether A-khata or B. Visit the site and see the construction quality, nearby basic amenities, connectivity to the other parts of the city, water (Kaveri/Borewell) and electricity connection, enquire about the developers track record and their successfully completed projects and then proceed.
