K R Puram in East Bangalore is stated to be the highest growing areas in coming years. 91% appreciation in property values is forecast by 2017. K R Puram, have been listed in the top ten Indian realty destinations in a Knight Frank's report.

The area is included into BBMP and huge developmental activities are going on. Hence, K R Puram has the higher appreciation for lower investment today.

The property seems to be priced very aggressive. But the location is good and seeing lot of real estate boom. The property has a decent scope of appreciation & Weigh in on the rental income plus conectivity is good.
Before buying any property legal documents should be verified. Needs through checkup. I find delays in completion date with Mahaveer in recent times which is common else where too.The house fittings and finishing should be personally monitored.

Mahaveer Willet by Mahaveer Group is one of the popular residential developments near Sathya Saibaba Ashramin Kadugodi, K R Puram neighborhood of Bangalore. It is among the well known projects of Mahaveer Group. It offers 2/3 BHK residential apartments. 2 BHK from 1075-1405 sq-ft and 3 BHK from 1250-1432 sq-ft. It's current price is Rs. 3250/sq-ft. It is G+8 storey apartment consists 3 blocks. But it is heard that all the units have been sold out.
