Coming to the facilities in here, they are pretty okay. you do have a few colleges and schools in here like the National Public School, hari Vidyalaya, Christ School, Sri Sharada Publis School. Hospitals are a little far away. You have the Kamakshi Hospital and the Apollo Hospital nerest to the area.
See because the area is an upcoming one, the price in here is still low as compared to the other areas in mysore. As far as my knowledge goes, i think the price for residential land and layouts in here is close to 1600 rupees per sq ft.
Yes, the residential land price here is pretty close to the average in the city, but i think the price for independent houses in here is around 3600 rupees per sq ft. It is pretty reasonable if you compare it to the average price in the other areas in Mysore.
