if you need to know about the properties here, i can help you out. Most of the residential properties that you find in this location are individual houses and plots. Occasionally, you can also see some good apartments in and near this area. Some of them that I like to point out are Sundar Vihar, Sundar Residency, Shanti Apartment, Industrial Area Electronic Complex etc.

Adarsh Bal Vinay Mandir, Sunshine Public School, Vikas Vidya Niketan, Malav Vidya Mandir Higher Secondary School, Kins Convent School, Smart Kidz Play school etc are some of the good schools and educational institutes in this area.

Hi there, welcome to Indore. Pardeshi Pura is one of the rapidly developing commercial and residential centres in Indore. It is near to the ITI College Main Road. The LIG Main Road as well as the Subhash Nagar Road also passes near to this locality giving connectivity for this place to many other places.

Yeah, the connectivity is very good here. You know, the locality is located in a very strategic location north of indore city. It is near to the localities of Nanda Nagar, Bhagirath Pura, Hukumchand Mill etc. One the western side, you can easily access the National Highway 27. On the eastern side, you can find AB Road as well as MR 10 road.
