Hi all, Legacy Lifespaces has updated price in one of its project called Twin Acres, Tathawade, Pune and it's current price is Rs. 5000/sq-ft. But i am little confused about the project location. Someone has written that it is in Punawale but in other sites it is mention that project is strategically located at Tathawade. Can anybody told me the exact location of this project?

Hi Krish, I was looking for a flat in punawale and found that it will develop till 2016 completely. their is a connecting road to wipro to be functional from 2016. i have booked a flat at Surya Skies. They are saying that possession is on Dec 2015 but cant be trusted. They will give possession in March 2016. Overall a good project to book flat.
Finally found a good prospect for investment. Skies Punawale is a better project located in this area. It is offering largest carpet area which for me is very important. Negotiate with builder you can get 4425 rate easily. A better project than twin arcs I recon.
