Pride Enchanta apartment project in Mysore road

Nov or Dec 2017 Promised Date is missed by Pride Enchanta. Now those who booked with Pride in 2014 and 2015 are in wait and watch, including us. Blaming on Rera, no clear communication what approval issues they are going through. Poor customer experience with them. Pity all those guys and gals paying PreEMI to bank, lost rental return and anxiety due to no date communicated for handover even by end of Jan 2018.

The approvals were under process few months back, what is the status now and how much is the rate per sqft going on currently.

The project has got approval from BBMP and all leading banks such as HDFC, PNB, SBI etc. Currently the rate per sqft going on is Rs 5500.

Nov/Dec 2017 is supposed to be handover. But, they got into some approval pending issues. No clear communication, blaming it on Rera and stuff. Such big builder not able to manage approvals and deliver on time is a broken promise. Costs lots of money for those who are on Pre-EMI. Wait and watch and compare with ready to move properties if you can.

The residential market along Mysore Road cater to the needs of people from all walks of life. While many localities around here are developed, there are few that have only recently been identified as profitable investment avenues, making residential plots the dominant property type in this region. But due to the growing interest of the reputed developers in investing in areas around Mysore Road, many high-rise apartments are also found in the area.

In the April - June quarter of 2014, the locality price appreciated to Rs 4251 In the July-Sep 2014, the locality price depreciated to Rs4174.

It is a very good idea if you are planning to buy property in Mysore road. As far as I know you can get good returns in future as it is an ideal location for families to settle down and also offers great connectivity to all parts of Bangalore. Residential apartments are quiet famous here, It is good for both long term investments as well as end use purpose.

The project is located opposite BHEL Factory, Vijayanagar Junction, Mysore Road. The price for 2 bhk apartment starts from Rs 67.50 lakhs on wards and 3bhk apartments starts from Rs 88.50 lakhs on wards.

The project offers amenities like Landscape garden, barbecue and party area, swimming pool and kids pool, amphitheatre, jacuzzi, seating plazas, children's play area, jogging track, indoor game zone, multipurpose hall and elderly zone. @ Sree, The project is having two phases... Is the whole project getting completed by 2017 or it will be completed phase wise?

How much is the booking amount?

Phase I which will have 4 towers namely ( A,B,C,D) will get completed by 2017. Phase II will be completed after the completion of Phase I. Rs 2 lacs is what they are asking as the booking amount.
