I found out that they are looking for a joint venture with land owners. Because RBI does not allow a foreign company to buy land or own it entirely but that they can only invest. So this is a tiny bit of complicaton that they can easily get through and later it will be raining money.

Hmm. Also they do not want to negotiate for land or any such stuff. They basically want to have a sit down with land owners and talk them into their proposition which is sharing a percentage of the revenue and splitting them between each other.

Hey do you know the revenue that they are expecting to get out of this? It is whopping 1600 crore. The profit margin is close to 200 percent excluding their costs and their overall investment. Spend 600 crore and get 1600 crore is what they are aiming at.

Well, there it goes. It's all about the rich people. I heard that the prices of these rich Italian style house that the Gianesin Canepari and Partners company are planning will start at Rs. 4 crores and go on to about Rs. 10 crores at the maximum. That says luxury like nothing else, doesn't it?

Now now! I heard that this Italian company is setting their foot here to come up with some classy stuff. What they want to do is build some classy Italian style houses and treat the Indian rich brigade to the Italian standards.

Of course, the real estate in all of Europe is tumbling about 5 percent to 10 percent every year which makes India a hot spot destination for quick investment which also gurantee solid returns in terms of profit for overseas investors.

Hello. Yes. Exactly. Real Estate in India has seen a lot of development in recent years and the growth rate is constantly increasing by 15 percent to 20 percent every year but the same can't be said about the Italian real estate arena or any other part of Europe.
