yeah..i think it would be a good option to buy the land..But, I need to check if it is by the side of the Stadium Link road. If so, i think this would be a great deal. I am not interested if it is to the interior locality. I prefer my new home by the side of the popular road. Stadium Link road locality is quite nice in my opinion.
