Why are the prices so bloated up?

Q: Compared to Zonasha which is a more developed project in same locality, how can Confident ask for similar or more rate although they have not yet developed the amenities yet which Zonasha have already finished. Shouldn't Oberon be priced below 4K?

The price seems to be Okay for me with compared to locality. Confident whitefield Oberon is a successful BDA approved Gated Community project from the Confident Group, comprising attractive Villa plots where you can build your dream home and the property is under the BBMP Limits

Zonasha phase 1 is also under BBMP limits, BDA khata and a gated community. Anyways the area has to develop more so for Confident.

Hi Ravi, The price quoted depends on the builder. If you are planning to buy a property in Confident Whitefield Oberon, you can try and negotiate the price with the builder.
