Why are the prices so bloated up?
Q: Compared to Zonasha which is a more developed project in same locality, how can Confident ask for similar or more rate although they have not yet developed the amenities yet which Zonasha have already finished. Shouldn't Oberon be priced below 4K?

Latest Answer: The price seems to be Okay for me with compared to locality. Confident whitefield Oberon is a successful BDA approved Gated Community project from the Confident Group, comprising attractive Villa plots where you can build your dream home and the property is under the BBMP Limits
