Hi Aman, Please search property on MagicBricks and Common floor. There are 1500 square feet plots available. Builder is selling at 4500 but you can get in 4200 squarefeet from there. Also Skylark Ithaca will come which is 20 floor apartments and it will improve living.

The project is known to be approved by BDA. These premium gated Villa Plots measure 1200 sq ft, 1500 sq ft and 2400 sq ft., to give you a wide range of options to choose from. They are quoting Rs 3800 for West Facing, Rs.4000/sft for East/North Facing, Rs.50 extra for Park Facing Plot and 10% Extra for Corner Plot.

Hey Armaan, Very few flats are available for sale in Phase I and plots are available in Phase II but BDA approval is in process and will take approximately 6-8 Months.
