Very unprofessional lot..booked a flat at Migsun Wynn..it is already 1 month but I haven't got the welcome letter which has the break up details,etc. Inspire of repeated reminder through phone calls and emails...and they mailed me the receipt for the booking amount but with a wrong address.Mail from their crm department is half hearted,broken English,you can hardly make out what they are trying to tell you.Planning to cancel the booking..This is a quick review,Iam going to write a detailed review soon

Hi Everyone...
Thank you all for your reply. It was good to hear about the project. Is there any information about the Builder Mahaluxmi Builder's? What is there credentails? How many projects they have completed. I have heard this project was to be launched in January-15 itself but there is no information as such. Buyer's need to know about the credentials of Builder's also apart from the project which is only soft launched. Especially those buyers who are outside of greater noida or delhi.

Omicron-III is a very posh location. It is located at very good location connected along with 130 meters Expressway from Noida/Ghaziabad from FNG.. It is the closest to Bordaki METRO junction DMRC. It is well connected by trains, buses and public transports. Transport facility is also good in this locality. School, bank, ATM and hospital are available nearby the locality. This locality has a nearest 2nd Golf Corse, 50% already occupied market and restaurant. All the facilities are available in this locality.

This is located in one of the prime residential location with decent residential environment. This project has excellent connectivity from Greater Noida. Pari Chowk is few kilometer from this project. Proposed metro station is very close to this project. Upcoming night safari is few kilometers away from this project. 18 hole golf course is very near to this project.
