Whats interesting about this one is that there is a badminton court in the premises. Also there is 24 hour power backup being provided, as well as health care facilities, and intercom enabled security system.

There are 3 bhk apartments here as well. And they also come in a wide variety of area sizes. The smallest 3 bhk being the 1505 sq ft one, and the largest one being of the size 1935 sq ft.

I think the project is really interesting, primarily because of the location. There is the highway at the front, a river at the back and a Mall beneath the project. These apartments area available in 2 bhk and 3 bhk unit types.

The apartment project building consists of 12 floors. Its a single building block only. But in total there is even less than a hundred units under this project. In total there are 8 different designs of apartments, so thats a lot of options available for the buyers.

Actually the possession date is not that far away. They had announced it as Feb 2015, which is coming up right around the corner. The project has been developed by the Rajadhani builders, you might not have heard of them, because they dont have any other completed project in Kochi. However another upcoming porject in Kochi - Rajadhani Silversands is by them.
