Are you looking for returns? You can try Kuvempu Nagar or Srirampura for that matter. There are luxury villas, apartments and plots here which are promising and will offer you plenty in return. Investment, once done, you will have to wait a few years to reap the benefits.

JP Nagar is a saturated area and you can only find residential projects there like apartments and the iike while Dattagalli has a mix of everything such as Apartments, plots and Villas. If you want to buy a place to stay in then this place would do. If you are only looking for investment you can choose to buy the plots and may be sell it after a few years.

Hello. Mysore has some very good places that have been developing at a rapid pace. The city is small and so the growth rate is pretty high too. Areas like JP Nagar, Dattagalli, Bogadi, Kuvempu Nagar among other areas are the best place to put your money in. This will gurantee very good returns in the next two three years.

Mysore is quite the hub for investment with some very good places to invest in. One of the best areas to invest right about now is Vijayanagar. The property rates as of now ranges from approximately Rs. 2630 and has some interesting residential projects coming up here like KBL Passion Apartment, Pathak Pratham Pinnacle among many others.
