Hye, Ace Ventures India Pvt Ltd. are one of the popular builders in the bussiness. They already are working on several other projects in Hyderabad, they also have completed projects around hyderabad. So, I think getting a place in their new project would be nice.

Hey, I think the dates for possession are out for the Ace lakebreeze apartments. The project is still ongoing and can be occupied from may, 2015. They are lavish apartments with a per sq. ft. price for sale of Rs.4,000.

Hai, Some of the facilities mentioned by the upcoming Acebreeze apartments seem really cool for the price they are charging you. Swimming Pool, Play Area, 24Hr Backup, SecurityPersonnel, Intercom, and a Gymnasium are some of the amenities the apartment has in store.

hi, It seems like you did land on a good choice for an apartment. You will have to shell out 46.20L to 62.40Lakhs for a 2bhk and 3bhk apartment respectively. The area for a 2bhk and a 3bhk is about 1155-1560 Sq.Ft.
