Q: Hello guys, can someone tell me about this area Habsiguda in Hyderabad? How is this place to reside in? Please give me all the details possible as I may have to live there. thanks.
The real estate market in this area has seen a lot of ups and downs in the resent past years. i remember it bein around rs 2500 rs per sq ft in 2013, and then it suddenly shot up up to 3,200 rs per sq ft,. th every same year. it went down again in 2,900 in 2014 starting, and now it is going up constantly.
The Hyderabad International Airport is close to Habsiguda. It is around 30 km from here and can be reached by cabs and special airport buses. With al these factors, this is a good place to invest in and you can get good returns in the future,
There is a new Express Corridor is also expected to come up in here to ease the traffic in this place. And I have heard that there is a new flyover also that is coming up on this road. This will decrease the problem of traffic here.
