Right now the present price in Habsiguda is 3800 rupees per sq ft for apartments, for houses, i think it is around 3,900 rupees per sq ft. I think it is a little costly compared to the other parts of the city. Many people are seeking property here nowadays.

Habsiguda has one of the biggest commercial markets and the sub locales have some very good residential houses and apartments. Some projects are coming up in here, like Vinoothna Crest, Go Green residency, United Royal Garden, Himavathi apartments. They are offering good flats with many facilities.
