Hi. I have heard that the developers are legitimate and that they have the appropriate title deed and documents for this, So there's no worry there. Also price pers sq. feet area is Rs. 550 which is quite decent and affordable.

The developers are working to provide some amenities with the plots here. This place will have a garden, a play area and security. ALso this project is approved by Indore Developmental Authority so you don't need to worry much about anything as you will get water, eectricity and other connections easily.

Hey there, the prices here are pretty cheap, for an area growing as fast as this one. The prices go from Rs. 4.40 lakhs and goes on to Rs. 13.20 lakhs. So you can go right ahead and purchase it.

Hello. Possession date, as of now, is scheduled for the January of the coming year, 2016. Plots here range from 800 sq. feet to 2400 sq. feet or 20 X 40 and 40 X 60 dimensions which is very good.

A project by Ishan Township by Ishan Township pv.t ltd. Ishan SIlver Hills will have anywhere near 100 to 500 units of plots in ths shivnagar area which is popular when it comes to such projects. The builders also have 3 such projects in the same area.
