I think, in this region, if you want to know more about the normal price of the apartments, here, I think the price has increased a lot in the past couple of months. The price is around rs. 2500 per square feet to rs. 4500 per square feet.

For houses, even though I dont know the exact market price here, I think, I can give you some average price of houses here that are available. A good house in 2000 square feet at this colony can be available for less than 1.5 crores and all.

I am from this region. It is very near to kadavanthra junction. the connectivity is good here. I think you can find some residential plots in this locality. For the present price when I enquired, the market price for this land is around 10 to 13 lacs per cent for residential plots.

Hey even the connectivity by Air is also quite good no..the Cochin International Airport which is the international airport of kerala and is in this district only at Nedumbassery. It is only 30 km from here. For those who are regular travellers to abroad and to any other long distance destinations in India also, you can reach the airport very soon at 47 minutes from here.

Hey, you know, the connectivity by railway for this locality is quite good. From the information that I got about this locality, the Ernakulam Junction south railway station is just around 4.3 km from here. If you are a regular lond distance traveller then this might be helpful for you.

You can see that this area has one branch of the Kerala State Co-operative Agricultural Development Bank in this area. You can also see some other banks also like the Federal Bank, Bank of Baroda and their ATM counters also.

I think one of the reasons why the Kumaranasan Nagar is such a good place to live is because, it is near to some very popular areas in Kochi such as the Gandhi Nagar, Mig and Hig colony, Jawahar Nagar, New Kudumbi Colony, Elamkulam, DD Village, Kathrikkadavu, Karikkamuri etc.

I think that one of the high points of this locality for it to become so popular is its connectivity. The Kumaranasan Nagar falls near to the Kaloor-Kadavanthra road as well as Salim Rajan Road. The Thammanam Pullepady Road, SA Road as well as the Salem-Kochi-Kanyakumari Highway are well connected to this region, providing access to various parts of the state as well as interstate also.

I would like to say that Kumaranasan Nagar is centrally located in the Kochi city region. This is a very popular residential locality. The Railway Marshling Yard is very near to the locality. North Block is one good residential block of Kumaranasan Nagar actually.
