SLS Summer Fields apartments, Hosur Rd, bangalore Need Review of Builder and property.

Q: 1. They are claiming it is BBMP A Khata property with approved plan.
2. CC is not taken but OC will be provided. showing xerox of OC of past completed projects.
3. this is SBI pre-approved project, verified online.
4. They are providing Borewell water, with sewerage no BWSSB.

Kindly provide review of developer and project. Also what problems can be without BWSSB.

Guys , Please donot book any flat any thing here in this project. Myself already flat owner of this project in A block. During booking they have promised they will give the entrance according to the plan. For selling flat in ground floor they have block our entrance , so now we r feeling cheated by builder. Before booking 100 times think in this project.

Hi Sreya, When is the project estimated to get completed? What kind of amenities and facilities they are offering?

The project in under construction and it it expected to get completed by June 2016. This project will offer all kind of basic amenities such as Swimming Pool with Built-in Jacuzzi & Toddler's Pool , Senior Citizen Lounge, Jogging Track, Sitting Area, Children's Play Area and Gymnasium / Club House

Hi Sourav, The project has got approval from BBMP and all the leading banks. As far as I know they are going to provide Sewage Treatment Plant in this project.

They have got NOC from BWSSB as they are providing STP.

I was in an assumption that that SLS have BWSSB approval. SLS said they have NOC for Cauvery water. Also, they are charging 1.25 lakhs for Sewarage and 1.25 lakhs for BESCOM. I checked couple of docs and found that SLS have stated "they are not charging water(BWSSB) deposits". is n't sewarge charges includes BWSSB charges. what are the implication if SLS dont get BWSSB approval...any idea? and what is the reason they did not got BWSSB approval...isn't this a basic requirement ?

Hey Peeyush, The project has been approved by BBMP and if they have shown you all the papers to you that means they are genuine. I think there can be problem if BWSSB has not given approvals, you can check with a legal expert in this matter.
