Q:I've booked a flat in SLS Silicon Valley 2 weeks ago after looking around. I want to know how reliable able this builder is, their historic on-time & quality delivery, the potential of Belathur as a location & any specific issues about this project I should be aware of. I booked in Block 1 as they said all blocks will be delivered together. Yesterday they said it will be delayed as management decided to sell it as phase 2.
Latest Answer: Guys , Please donot book any flat any thing here in this project. Myself already flat owner of this project in A block. During booking they have promised they will give the entrance according to the plan. For selling flat in ground floor they have block our entrance , so now we r feeling cheated by builder. Before booking 100 times think in this project.
Q:1. They are claiming it is BBMP A Khata property with approved plan.2. CC is not taken but OC will be provided. showing xerox of OC of past completed projects. 3. this is SBI pre-approved project, verified online.4. They are providing Borewell water, with sewerage no BWSSB. Kindly provide review of developer and project. Also what problems can be without BWSSB.
