Give me an overview of Judgemukku locality in Kochi?

Q: I am planning to move to my hometown in Judgemukku which is in Kochi after a long time..I dont have a house there and am looking for one. As it's been long, I need some details about the locality, its features and the developments that came over these years.

Yeah..even the price of the plots are quite high. You can easily get a plot here now because it is a developing area. The price is constantly rising. I think that the present rate of the plot is around rs. 1000 per square feet. Another person said that this can be around 7 to 10 lakhs per cent here.

I enquired about the price of an individual house in this region. The owners whom I tried to contact gave me the information that the market rate of the houses here ranges from around 10 lakhs to 15 lakhs per cent for an individual house or villa.

If you want to know about the price of the property here, I can point out some informative details that I've collected. First of all, I would like to point out that this region has a good demand for property as it is near to the Infopark and smart city. The price of the apartment can go as high as Rs. 2890 per square feet to rs. 2975 per square feet.

Hi, I would like to bring to your attention that the locality of Judgemukku has a good connectivity to the airport also. In case you are a frequent flight traveller, then you must be interested in a good property within a reachable distance from the airport. Here, the locality is just around 21 km from the area. You can reach here within 45 minutes via the NH47.

Hi, I came to know that the area of Judgemukku has a very good connectivity by the railway also. From a far away place in India, to Ernakulam, you can reach via the railway to the Ernakulam South railway station. From there, you can travel to this region via NH 47 and civil lines road in around 30 minutes. The locality is 14 km away from the railway station.

This area is a good commercial locality, this can be marked by the presence of most leading national as well as regional banks in this locality. Some of these leading banks and their ATMs here are Punjab National Bank, Kerala Gramin Bank, Union Bank ATM, Catholic Syrian Bank, State Bank of Travancore, State Bank ATM etc.

Hey, you know, the residential set up of this region is also quite good. Here, there are some good apartments and projects such as the Trine Pushpamangalam, Skyline Palmtop, Pranav LeRoyale in this locality itself. The nearby residential areas also has some very good apartments like Trinity Highgrove, Abad Green Terrace Tower, DH Greenscaps etc.

Judgemukku is a very good locality for living in and all...This is also popular residential locality because many other popular residential areas are in the nearby area also. Thrikkakkara, Haritha Nagar, Vidya Nagar Colony, Karimakkad, Mundampalam and Mannoppilly Nagar are some of the good localities near to this region.

The region of Judgemukku is also well known for the good health infrastructure here. You see...this area has many hospitals, eye hospitals as well as clinics such as ESI Dispensary, Narayanan Doctor Clinic, Aditya Eye Hospital, Plastic Surgery PLC, Yoga Dental Clinic etc. Moreover, in the nearby locality itself you can find the Sunrise hospital as well as Susrutha Eye hospital and Kottakkal Arya Vaidya Sala Hospital.

I think this is also one good tourist attraction because of the presence of the Sharon tower. There is also a Kingdom Hall here. For entertainment and all, you see, the Cochin Suburban Club is quite popular here. There are also some other tourist attractions and entertainment features you can see there such as the Museum of Kerala History, Dolphin Aquarium, Lulu Mall etc in the nearby areas.

Because it is a very good junction, this area has seen some exceptional commercial growth especially in the past couple of years. Here, even though you might not find any international class shops, there are some very good shops and stores here that I like to mention it to you. They are AJ Fancy Stores, More Super Market, Nandus Stores, Dandy Furniture, AMR Furniture, Pearlz Glass, Classic Art Lamps, Pookkat Stores, Fascino, Cement Park etc.

One of the things that helped the evolution of this region into such a big and demanding town is that it has very good connectivity. This region is a joining junction of many popular roads that connect Kochi city to various parts of Kerala such as Seaport-Airport road, Edappally Pukkattupady Road, Thrikkakkara Masjid road, K Chandrashekharan Road, Canal road and many link roads also.

Hey, i think that the Social Infrastructure is excellent here. For your information I can provide you with some info about some of the good schools in this area. One of the best schools is the Cardinal High School. There are also schools like Naipunnya Public School, as well as Darussalam School. You can also find a dance academy in this region called the Rudra School of Dance. CUSAT is also nearby only.

Judgemukku is a very popular junction area in Kochi, in the Thrikkakkara locality. The locality is located near to Edappally junction. I think that this area has a very good blending of the commercial as well as residential set up here.
