The Vajra Infratech group has a successful record of providing some good really good infra projects in the city, and I think they are trustwoorthy as well. And on top of that, they are providing some nice failities like a gym, a intecom connection to all flats, a back up generator, solar fencing, jogging or walking track, a club house, etc.

Hey the price per sq ft in these apartments is rs 3350 per sq ft. If you look at the average price in Kondapur at the moment, then it is actually more than this. So the 1 bhk apartments in here will cost you 29 lakhs, and the 2 bhk apartmenst will cost you around 40 to 41 lakhs and the 3bhk will start from 50 lakhs on wards.

This project is providing some financial assistance in from a lot of leading banks, like HDFC Bank, LiC Housing FInance, State Bank of India and you can get a home loan from any of these banks for this project.

Yes, the 1 bhk apartments in here start from 715 sq ft, the 2 bhk apartments start from 1195 sq ft to 1245 sq ft and the 3 bhk apartments start from 1500 sq ft to 1635 sq ft.

Hey, the Vajra Sree Ninivasam project is a really nice project. The project has 1 bhk, 2 bhk and 3 bhk aartments for sale and they come on different sizes. I think the built up area of the apartments stats from 700 sq ft and goes up till 1600 sq ft.
