Kondapur is a very happy place to invest at. The neighbourhood is friendly and the locality is safe. There are many residential standalone projects being undertaken which will cost you around INR 2,700/sq. ft to INR 3,300/sq. ft. You could look into these too. The Metro project will soon be completed too, which will only make it all the more convenient for you, and bring higher appreciation to your property. Jubilee Hills is just 20 minutes away from Kondapur.

Hey this project includes 1bhk, 2bhk and 3bhk. The price per sq ft will be around Rs 3,350. Banks such as SBI, HDFC, and LIC have approval for home loans in this project. The possession date will be by december 2014.

Couples and families will find this place very convenient to adjust. Inorbit Mall multiplex is around 6 km from there and nearest railway station is also within 2-3 km.
