Hello, I also want to inform one more thing that travelling regularly via flights will not be that much worry if you settle down here. The Cochin International Airport is easily accessible through the National Highway 47 within 45 minutes. The distance between the airport and the locality is just around 25 km from here.

I think that the connectivity via the railway is also quite good from here. For travelling to far away destinations in India, there is easy access to the Ernakulam Junction South Railway station. It is only 13 km from here. You can reach here within 30 to 45 minutes from here.

The rent is also quite affordable here. Normally, a 2 bhk here is available for rent in around 8000 rupees per month to rs. 15000 per month. 3 bhk apartments is also available for around Rs. 15000 per month to Rs. 20000 per month.

Hmm..actually, according to me, I would always recommend buying a plot in this locality and constructing a house here. The price of residential plots in this area ranges from rs. 400 per square feet to rs. 973 per square feet. On an average level, there are many plots here with a price around 500 to 600 rupees per square feet.

No..for the houses, the prices are steeply rising. Mostly because many people who come to this region prefer houses more to the apartments. The real estate has also been growing very fast. The minimum price of the houses that you can find in this locality is Rs. 2611 per square feet. Some houses can also go as high as Rs. 4000 per square feet.

Kalappurackal is a very good residential area in Kakkanad, Kochi. For the apartments the price is around Rs. 3011 per square feet to Rs. 4164 per square feet. This quarter of this year has seen some 4 percent decline in the price of apartments, so this is a good time to buy the property here.

Hey, in my opinion, if you are planning to settle down in an apartment near to the infopark or the smart city, then, the area of Kalappurakkal is quite good. It has some popular apartments such as Royal Crown Apartments, Cheloor El Dorado, Abad Blue Chip, Green Valley from Urban, South Point Hill Park apartments, etc.

I would like to take your attention to some of the nearby areas to this region also. Apart from Kalappurakkal, there are also some good residential localities with similar features. Some of the nearby localities to this region are the Fort Valley Township, Divine Nagar Colony, Padamughal, CSEZ, Kunnumpuram, Edachira, etc.

As you know, this region is inhabited by an equal mix of the local people as well as the people from various parts of the country who came to work in the IT hubs of Infopark and smart city. Mostly, the entertainment features that they depend on include the Gold Souke Grande, Q Cinemas, Hill Palace Museum etc. Not the least, the Wonderla Amusement park which is the largest amusement park in India is located near to this region only.

There is an active commercial development going on in this region, especially near to the Infopark road. Here, you can see a good town that has been developed so well within the last couple of years. Some of the shops, stores, or hyper markets in this region include Munnas stores, Auto Galaxy, Steellane, Bismi Coolbar, Grand Upholstery as well as many good small scale stationary and grocery shops also that provides for the needs of the residents here.

That is why, the social infrastructure of this region can be called quite good. even though this locality does not have any schools or educational institutions here, you can surely find some in the nearby areas such as the Campion School, Rajagiri School of Engineering and Technology, Bhavan's Varuna Vidyalaya, Vidyodaya school, etc.

This area has some very good healthcare institutions though..Here only is the famous Kusumagiri Hospital and the Ignatius Ayurvedic centre. If you talk about the case of Connectivity of this region, I want to tell you that the region is near to the Infopark road which provides connectivity from the Infopark area to the Kakkanad Pallikkara road, and from there to various parts of Kochi. Here there are also some link road that connect to the interior part of the area such as the Link Valley Road, Kuzhikkattumoola Muriyankara Road, Kuzhiyanjal Kalappurakkal road etc.

Kalappurakkal is a very good locality to live. It is adjacent to the locality of Infopark Campus. This means, that this area is highly demanded by the IT professionals, as well as companies who are working or planning to work in the Infopark area. This has really impacted the real estate of this place.
