Hello, I also want to inform one more thing that travelling regularly via flights will not be that much worry if you settle down here. The Cochin International Airport is easily accessible through the National Highway 47 within 45 minutes. The distance between the airport and the locality is just around 25 km from here.
I think that the connectivity via the railway is also quite good from here. For travelling to far away destinations in India, there is easy access to the Ernakulam Junction South Railway station. It is only 13 km from here. You can reach here within 30 to 45 minutes from here.
The rent is also quite affordable here. Normally, a 2 bhk here is available for rent in around 8000 rupees per month to rs. 15000 per month. 3 bhk apartments is also available for around Rs. 15000 per month to Rs. 20000 per month.
