Q: Hey, anyone has any suggestions about the Ambili Nagar locality? Is it a good for residential purpose? Will we get amenities like shops and schools etc in this locality or nearby??

Yeah...even one more thing is there, the airport connectivity. The locality is well connected to the Cochin International Airport which is at Nedumbassery. As the airport is in Kochi itself, it is much easier for people to access the airport from here. I think that the distance between the airport and the locality is only 32.2 km away from here.

Someone mentioned about the road connectivity here. I also want to tell you about the connectivity by train. From this locality, the Ernakulam Junction South Railway station is just 8.4 km away. If you are driving to the station, it will not take more than half an hour in my opinion.

I came to know that the price of renting a property in Ambili Nagar locality is cheap.. there are some apartments only. There, the price of a 2 bhk is around rs. 10000 to 15000. but you can also get some individual houses also here for lesser rent mostly varying between 5000 and 20000 rupees per month.

I have seen some plots in this area. Most of them are good residential plots. There are also a few agricultural plots also available in Ambili Nagar. For agricultural plots the price is only around 200 to 300 rupees per square feet. But for residential plots, the price can be manifolds more. The price is starting from Rs. 689 per square feet to rs. 1373 per square feet.

Hey, I think that the price of the individual houses are also the same, in my opinion. According to the market conditions, now this is a favourable time to invest here. I think that the price of the houses can be up to 1373295 rupees per each cent on an average. The price can also go as high as 16 or 17 towards the Chittoor road area.

I think that Ambili Nagar is a very sought after residential area in kochi. It is near to Kattakakom town. Normally the price of the apartment is starts from Rs. 3369 per square feet to Rs. 3568 per square feet. This is on an average, but I think some apartments like Royal Enclave West are charging at around Rs. 4000 per square feet.

Here, mostly you can find only the individual houses as well as some luxury villas..But towards the Ettumanoor Ernakulam road there is an apartment I have seen called Seetharam Complex. There is also one another apartment complex called Royal Enclave West near to the Champakkara Canal. There are also some very good apartments near to the area also such as Skyline Lavender , Skyline Daffodils, Skyline Tulip, Vedapures Apartments, Royal Heights etc.

For information about the commercial set up of this region, maybe I can provide you with some information because I live near to this locality. Here, there is a small town in this region where you can find some good stationary, grocery and daily needs and other shops such as Appus Coffee shop, spectrum sales and services, Krishna Agencies, etc.

i want to say that the health infrastructure, is quite okay,okay only. in this locality there is an eye hospital - the Devi Eye and Dental Care. The Devi Hospital can be found in the nearby region. But, from here, if you want to access some popular hospitals and all such as Lakeshore Hospital, Medical Trust Hospital, SA Medical centre etc, you can access it quite easily.

You know, the connectivity of this region is excellent. There are some very good bus services from this region. You can see that the Ettumanoor Ernakulam road passes near to the locality. The elamana road also gives good connectivity to this region.

I would like to say that the region of Ambili Nagar is a very good residential locality in a very good region of the Kochi city. It comes under the Thrippunithura region. The Champakkara Canal passes adjacent to the locality. these are some general information about the locality.
