Hi, the area has seen development in the civic infrastructure department in the last few years, which can be seen by the number of shops spread all over the highway number 164. Some of these shops are Oscar designers, coffe day, commerce india and the donuts.

I think it is the right time to invest in property at Velandipalayam, I was checking out the trends in price in the area and found that rates have been consistent with a little donward movement and is now at Rs. 5700. Now, is the right time otherwise the rates will be up again.

I am pretty sure you will find a bunch of places in Velandipalayam to live, the place is a hub of residential apartments. You will find a two/ three bhk apartment with all the basic amenities in the area. The cost price of these apartments will be close to Rs. 40 to Rs. 50 lakhs.

If you are a bachelor looking for a single bhk, for rent, in the area then a decent semi-furnished place will come under Rs. 6000 per month. But, if your looking for a bigger place you will have to pay double something around Rs. 15000 per month for a two/three bhk.

I think a lot of people are interested in buying property in the area because of so many IT companies that skirt the area, Noah technologies, Dura tech solutions etc are some of them. Software technology park of India is located at a distance of 12 kms from the area.

Velandipalayam is a locality in coimbatore district and is situated 4 kms from the capital city. The area is flanked by Dr. Ambedkar Road, Venkittapuram road and marutha konar street. Highway number 164 ( thadagam road ) goes through the area and connects it with edayarpalayam, sivaji colony and venkittapuram.
