Any details on the PVNR Shankar Green Homes villa project in Beeramguda in Hyderabad?

My suggestion is that the builder PVNR is not worth enough to complete the project due to

1.Legal issues assosiated with the land yet - Ex FTL, Approval by gram panchayat and other isuues

2. Split between the partners

3. Heard that owners are protesting due to low quality of construction like Tiles, electrical and material used for construction

4. This has been assosiated with too much of additional charges for extra fittings, Modification and minor changes

Example - 3000 for additional AC point , 50000 for 1000 litre sump , cost of the tile2*2 is 38 Rs (Branded)
1000 rs /SFT for low roof

5. No clarity on the provision of Manjeera water and other amenities like Play ground, Mini Bus, Club house, Super market etc

6. Finally due to the crude way of communication with the customers and owners

Hi,

Any idea about builder previous projects and how many got booked and any reviews about PVNR green homes . Does anybody booked any house or got registered ? Please let me know, i am interested in this project.

This is the experimenet they are doing with the first venture, i heard.
Many of my friends has taken there money back due to their incapabilities and legal issues.
Very few are still there and are experiencing the torture every day

Example: Due to raise in sand, he was demanded to pay 30000 extra for 200sq yards floor.

There is a mini bus provision that is being provided by the builders to commute inside the gated community and to the nearby areas as well. Apart from that, a shuttle court, a childrens play area, and invertor is being given for each of the houses.

Its a trash, they have initiated the project with 100 homes and now extended to 250+. will the same 20 seater mini bus will suffecient ?

I have heard that the builders of this project are charging around 2,600 rupees per sq ft for the independent houses in this project, and the total cost of these houses will come close to 27 lakhs to 29 lakhs for the 2 bhk houses, and the 3 bhk will cost you 33 lakhs.

So the built up area of these villas starts from 1030 sq ft and it goes up till 1155 sq ft in the case of the 2 bhk villas and the 3 bhk villas have a built up area of around 1395 sq ft.

Hey these are all row houses being built by the PVNR builders and this project is offering you some 2 bhk and 3 bhk villas for sale. But these apartments are not ready yet and they are still in the under construction pahse, and I think they are expected to finish in Septermber 2015, and the possession also starts from then
