Hey, The project looks good especially its proximity to schools, hospital, supermarkets and hotels. It is set two kms from edapally. The land approvals and the project approvals have been made by Kakkanad panchayath and Kerala state electricity board ltd.
I am guessing by what I read that the builders have used good quality cement to lay down the foundation of the building and have also used better steel products to support the structure and doors and windows are done with aluminium frames and MS grills. Sounds good to me!
Have you checked out the amenities they are giving out with the villas. Gardens, swimming pool, play area for children, club house, community hall, tennis court, 24hr backup and intercom facilities for security purposes make the apartments value for money.
Hi, If you are looking to purchase a flat in the building, I should tell you that the price per square feet size area of the apartment is Rs. 4,800. Well, the rates look affordable for an area like edapally.
They only have three and four bhks in the building with a carpet area of 1084 - 1737 Sq. ft. The size of the flat looks good enough for a family of three or four even and the lush greens that surround it makes it worth the stay.
The villas are a project of the Nucleus properties, they have succeded in making residential projects all over Kochi. Their previous completed residential projects have been successful in forming a good image of the builders. I am expecting something good from this project.
