Hi, did you know that the project has gotten approval from the Directorate of Town and Country Planning, which is a big deal. Getting that approval means that the project is realiable and you can trust the builders to meet their promises.

Sir goodEvening,Actually it was in Panchayat Limit,So we can get a Approval from Panchayat.Formaliities are Should Handover the Roads to Panchayat &Should get the Approval for Building.This is the terms in Panchayat Approval.

Saibaba Colony, where the project is based, is a good locality, and has decent infrastructure. Schools in the area include Chinmaya Viidyalaya School, and Radcliffe School, while hospitals are Kangu Naadu Hospital, and Subhiksha Hospital. I think that the presence of good infrastructure makes the locality ideal for families.

The price for the 1200 sq ft floor area plot of Rs 1.5 lakh, which comes down to Rs 150 per sq ft, while the price for the 2400 sq ft is close to Rs 3 lakh, which is around Rs 150 per sq ft. I think that the prices are very decent,and you should definitely seriously consider the project.

Hey, here is some information about the specifications of plots in the project. Variants of plots include 30 X 40 sq ft, and the floor area is 1200 sq ft. Another variant is 40 X 60 sq ft, with a floor area of 2400 sq ft. This should give you enough options to choose from, right?

Even i was considering purchasing plots in the projct, and hence have some information to share with you. The project has been developed by Meritt Infra Pvt Ltd who have completed a residential project in the area. Also the expected possession date is around October 2016.
