Hey but this project is not ready as yet I think. It is still undergoing construction as of now. It is expected to be done sometime at the end of next year. The possession date iis from sometime in october 2015 though.

And the apartments are very close to the Coimbatore Junction Railway Station which is only 5 m away, and the R S Puram area is also only 2.5 km away. so you have good accessiility too. Ift is a good project only.

I just came across the floor plans of this building and they look very well designed! They have nice and spacious kitchens and bedrooms. I am sure you will be able to live here comfortably. It is a good idea to take up a place here.

hey but 1700 sq ft or 1800 sq ft seems very spacious. And that too Sai Baba COlony is a very good place to live in. This project is close to many schools and institutions like lisieux Higher Secondary School, Bharathi Higher Seconday School, Angappa Senior secondaru school and many hospitals are also near by like the vishnu Hospital, ganga Hospital and Sabri Hospital.

So that comes to around 6,700 rupees per sq ft. I think that is a little pricey. There are many other apartments around in the area that are offering some good apartments as well. You can check them out. But if you think you can afford this apartment, then you should go for it.

Yes, this project is only offering 3 bhk apartments for sale. There are no 2 bhk or 4 bhk flats. But these apartments have a separate bathroom for servants. The price for the 3 bhk apartments here atart from arond 1.2 crore rupees for 1700 sq ft to 1800 sq ft.

I have heard about this project too! They are offering many facilities like intercom facility for all flats, video door phones, CCTV cameras, 24 hour water supply, ample parking space and central gas system. I think al this facilities will make a good and comfortable living.

Hey the Vijaydeepas KTVR Olive Grace is an upcoming project that is being built in Sai Baba Colony. It is a pretty big project that has ground plus 4 floors and has many units for sale. But i think this project nly is offering 3 bhk apartments.
