Good residential projects in Saibaba Colony

The Saibaba Colony area is well linked to all parts of the city and apart from being a pretty decent residential area it is also home to many commercial centres. There are many residential projects that you can look at for immediate occupancy, other than the new and upcoming ones. I'd say this is the right time to invest here as by current market trends, the values are only going to increase in the future as the area is developing even more. You can buy a 2 BHK apartment for like Rs. 45 lakhs till around say Rs.70 lakhs. If you want a 3 BHK though, you'll have to shell out a minimumof Rs. 1 crore. The apartments have all basic amenities and facilities. There are schools, clinics, ATMs, hotels, shopping stores etc in and around Saibaba Colony. If you don't have your own vehicle, you need not worry about travelling as public transport (auto, bus, train) within the area.

I agree. Saibaba Colony is a good residential and commercial area in the city. There are a number of apartments here, a 2BHK would cost you around Rs. 45 - Rs. 65 lakhs while a 3 BHK comes upto Rs. 1 crore and plus. Esquire Township, Pinnacle Premier, KC Jasmine, Sakthi Enclave, SKC Sai Gangothri etc are a few of the residential projects I would suggest. You will also find hosptals, ATMs, department stores, filling stations, restaurants in the area. If you have kids, you can remain assured that there quite a number of well know schools in the neighbourhood. Auto/bus stands are very there at every corner and the nearest railway station is just one and a half kilometres away.

Saibaba Colony is a good choice I'd say, it's the heart of the city and is well connected to all areas of the city. There are a number of residential projects in the area which are ready to move in and also ongoing ones. By current markets trends in Saibaba Colony, the prices are going up but the area enjoys good demand as it is well connected to important areas of the city and the price appreciation of the locality in future will be good. 2 BHK apartments are available in the range of Rs. 45 - Rs. 70 lakhs. 3 BHK apartments are an expensive afair, starting at Rs. 1 crore. Builders you can checkout are Eden Park, Sakthi Arcadia, Sakthi Subhiksha, Marutham JAde, Pinnacle Prestige etc. The apartments ahve security, power/waterbackup, lifts etc. And you will find schools, hospitals, supermarkets, ATMs, petrol stations all in the vicinity.

Hey! Saibaba Colony is considered one of the prominent localities in Coimbatore city. There are many residential projects - upcoming and already established, that you might be interested in. You can look up Sakthi Ishwaryam Apartments, Sakthi Arcadia, Marutham Blue Mount, Dream Land etc. if you're considering moving in immediately. SKC Sai Gangothri is an upcoming residential project in Saibaba Colony, expected to be completed by October this year. All of them provide you the choice between 2 BHK and 3 BHK apartments. This area has hospitals, schools, ATMs, banks, petrol pumps, supermarkets for convenience sake. Public transport is easily accessible as well.
