There are a good number of schools and hospitals within walking distance from the project. Zanana Mission School, Sun Kids Pre-School, S.I.P Abacus, Shakti Medical Centre, S.A. Medical Centre and Nirmala Hospital are all within 3 kms distance from the project.

If you are looking for bank loans in order to book a villa in Skyline ranch. I should tell you that there are a good number of financial institutions that you can talk to. Some of them include ICICI bank, State Bank Of India, and Citibank.

The 3 bhk should somewhere be around 2000 square feet and the 3 bhk is 4000 square feet. They are quite spacious villas so, If you are thinking of settling down with a joint family, it should be a perfect choice.

The square feet price for the villas should have been somewhere around Rs 4,500 to Rs. 5,500, but considering the fact that these villas cater to luxury more than needs they are charged as high as Rs. 7,500 per square feet. That is a little costlier when compared to other apartments.
