Q: I heard that Chandanagar was a good place to buy a house and upon looking found Solitaire Abode there. Should I buy it? How good is the project. Is it safe?

This project is still in the beginning stages and so the possession dates for the flats here will be from the December of this year. Rooms here will have a balcony, a utility area and a pooja room.

Hello, here's some great news. This project has approvals from all the major banks like the HDFC bank, Axis bank, LIC housing Finance ltd., State bank of Indian and many such institutions that re willing to offer loans if provided the right documentation.

2 bhk apartments will have built floor areas and carpet areas ranging from 1005 sq. feet to 1215 sq. feet which is about the size of a 30 x 40 house. Their price tags vary between 31.15 lakhs Rs 37.66 lakhs.

You know the 3 bhk flats' built areas go from 1480 sq. feet to 1608 sq. feet and their cost is in the range between 45.88 lakh rupees to Rs. 49.84 lakh rupees. Also the price per sq. feet of built up area is about Rs. 3100 which is pretty decent.

Hi. Here's something. This project is quite a big one. It will be built over 4 blocks, all of which will haev 7 floors each. Floor areas go from about 1005 sq. feet to about 1608 sq. feet in total.

On the amenities front this place is quite good actually. It will come wth all the basic facilities like a garden , swimming pool, a play area, health facilities, 24 hour back up, a gym, intercom facility, community hall and a indoor games arena.

Soliaire Abode is an apartment project being built by Technolpolis Construction company or something. They seem to be new to the business. However, this is something everyone would start with. It will have about 100 to 200 2 and 3 bhk apartments housed here.
