True. The amenities that will be avalable in this project are a garden, a swimming pool, a kids' play area, 24 hour power back up facility, security , a rain water harvesting facility, intercom, a gym and a community hall.

Price per sq. feet around the place here is Rs. 2900. One good thing is it is approved by the Greaer Hyderabad Metroppolitan Corporation (GHMC) and it also comes with some of the best in class amenities that makes it worth the price.
