Many financial institutions have approved of the Ashoka Springfields project and are ready to offer loans, if you are in need of it. They are HDFC Bank, IDBI Bank and India Bulls Housing FInance pvt. Ltd among a few others.

True. The amenities that will be avalable in this project are a garden, a swimming pool, a kids' play area, 24 hour power back up facility, security , a rain water harvesting facility, intercom, a gym and a community hall.

Price per sq. feet around the place here is Rs. 2900. One good thing is it is approved by the Greaer Hyderabad Metroppolitan Corporation (GHMC) and it also comes with some of the best in class amenities that makes it worth the price.

2 bhk apartments have built up areas from 1261 sq. feet to 1268 sq. feet. with sale price going from 35.56 lakhs to Rs. 36.77 lakhs while the 3 bhk apartments have areas going from 1455 sq. feet to 1768 sq. feet with price tags varying between Rs. 42.19 lakhs to 51.27 lakhs.

Hello. This project is located Next to Sridevi Theatre, Near BHEL. It will hae 5 floors with apartments having built areas from 1261 sq. feet to 1768 sq. feet. Possession date is very close as people can move in here by the bwginning of the next month.

Saishakthi Infrastructure pvt. ltd are the brains behind this project. This project is expected to have less than 100 units of flats as it is being built in a single block. It will have 2 bhk and 3 bhk apartments.
