Please give me some information about Avonlea residential project in Coimbatore city?

Q: Hey, i'm Rajeev Srinivasan from Peelamedu in Coimbatore. I wanted to purchase a new apartment in the Vilankurichi area and came across Avonlea residential project. Should i go for it?

Another good news is that the project has gotten financial approvals from all the leading banks in the country including HDFC Bank, LIC Bank, ICICI Bank, and State Bank of India. This will really help those looking for a loan for paying for the project.

The builder also told me that the project has a separate maintenance team who will take care of Maintenance of the property, rental and tenant management. They also give you a assured rental guarantee upto 10K to 15K, which is great.

Did you know that the price for the project, which starts from Rs 95 lakh, is inclusive of registration charges, service tax,Water ,EB, Club membership etc. That is really helpful since you don't want the hassle of paying individually for everything.

Well if you are interested in the project, you should contact the builder and arrange for a site visit. I did the same and found that you have to pay 10% of the total cost at the time of booking a villa in the project.

I personally beleive that the project getting the necessary approvals is of utmost importance. In that regards this project meets the requirement since it has gotten approval from Directorate of Town and Country Planning. That s abig deal in my opinion.

During my conversation with the builder i found out that the project is ready to move, and even is ready with all interiors, furniture, lightings and fixtures. That's great ,right? especially if you are looking for a place to move into, urgently.

I wanted to tell you about the pricing for the project. The 2300 sq ft apartment costs around Rs 95 lakh, while the 3200 sq ft 3 BHK apartment has a price of Rs 1.32 crore. While the prices are more towards the higher side, considering the locality, they are quite decent.

As far as i know, the project has apartments available only in 3 BHK variants. But in case of floor area, you have two options to choose from namely 2300 sq ft and 3200 sq ft. Depending on your family size, it should work out fine.

Hello, Rajeev yes i have heard a lot about the project. The project is being developed Vivant Lifestyles Homes Pvt Ltd ,who have been responsible for the completion of a couple of residential projects in the area. Also the expected possession date for the project is around October 2015
